Today was a nice and warm day, perfect for planting some flowers.
We bought some dirt and perennials.
I got some perennials from my mother last autums
and they have wintered well. Some of them are quite big already.

Tästä aloitettiin / Starting point

Ja tähän päädyttiin / End result

I guess the lovely sunny day made this little snake to come out and enjoy the sun.
It was escorted back to the outcrop.

I finally got time to take photos from some of the rooms. I guess this is kind of basic Finnish decor.

We have now lived in our new home for couple of months and we have settled down well.
Some minor things are waiting for our attention and the list is getting shorter bit by bit.

Todat we collected two armchairs from a upholsterer. The armchairs are probably from the 50's or 60's and the fabric and cushions were gone. The choise of color is perhaps somewhat dull but it goes with every other color. I'm very happy with outcome. Here are the before and after photos.

Blogi varmaankin tästä vähän hiljenee, mutta kesällä on ainakin pihahommia tiedossa, joten ehkä niistä tulee tänne jotain laitettua /
